Reviews and Ratings
I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms, though spacious and comfortable, had no view due to extremely dirty windows, and the check-in process was delayed. The service was exceptional, with Ismail going above and beyond to assist us, creating a paradise-like atmosphere. The location was convenient, close to Abu Dhabi Mall, but the constant noise from a nearby event marred my stay. The dining options were mediocre, and some pre-reserved dishes were not available as promised.
The hotel is good and clean overall with excellent location near shopping and dining options, but service can be improved with outdated facilities and limited drinks menu. Rooms were spacious and well-equipped but had cleanliness issues and lack of towels. Service staff were hit and miss, helpful but inconsistent with hygiene protocols. The location is very good for shopping and dining with numerous options nearby. Dining experiences ranged from amazing to disappointing, with a need for more variety in food choices.
I had a mixed experience at the hotel. On the one hand, the location was top-notch with easy access to the city center and Abu Dhabi Mall. But on the other hand, there were some issues with mosquitoes and a long trek to the beach club. The staff's service, especially Mr Ricardo at reception, truly made my stay enjoyable.
The rooms were in excellent condition but somewhat small for a family of 4. While some staff were very effective and kind, others were noted for being unfriendly or even rude. The location shows promise for future improvements but has limited dining choices. Despite these drawbacks, the hotel boasts a beachfront location and proximity to Abu Dhabi Mall.
The hotel offers rooms with balcony access to the executive lounge. The rooms were okay but could have been better. The service staff are friendly and accommodating, although there was an issue with an attempted extra charge for unrendered service. The location is good for exploring downtown, NRG, and Captains Arms, but could use a refresh. The dining options are varied with delicious vegetarian couscous. The facilities include a private beach area, a super gym, and entertainment facilities which are enjoyable.
The hotel rooms are much smaller than advertised, situated at the side of the restaurant and public bar instead of a private room on the 5th floor with a view of Maryah Island. The rooms were also very dated and had a strong smell of cigarettes. It's concerning that the room has been out of order for 2 weeks now.
My stay at Le Meridien was overall okay, but there were some areas that could have been improved. The rooms looked a little tired, but the service was top-notch with friendly and helpful staff. The location was ideal for exploring Abu Dhabi, and the dining experience was good, although more vegetarian and vegan options would have been appreciated.
The hotel has some ups and downs, with rooms that are far from the lift and in need of refurbishment. The service was a mix of friendly and a bit unprofessional at times. The location offers beauty and convenience but with strict policies. The dining experience was a highlight amidst limited choices. Overall, a stay with its unique charm and challenges.
The hotel has spacious and clean rooms with amenities like air conditioning, safebox, iron, and fridge, but some rooms have poor views due to dirty windows. The staff is a mix of unprofessional and helpful individuals, with standout service from Mr Yolo and Rita Almedia. The location offers convenient access to dining options but is impacted by nearby construction. The dining experience is decent with room for improvement. Overall, the hotel provides a mixed experience with some notable positives and negatives.
